Tashkeela Football IQ ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Tashkeela Football IQ mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account information: Display name and email address, provided via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In (Sign in with Apple). We do not store passwords.
Usage data: Quiz scores, pack completion records, XP progress, streak data, and in-app diamond balances. This data is stored on our servers to enable your game progress to persist across devices.
Device identifiers: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token used to send push notifications. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.
Analytics: Firebase Analytics collects anonymised usage data (screen views, events) to help us improve the App. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics events.
Crash reports: Firebase Crashlytics automatically collects crash and error reports to help us fix bugs. These reports do not include personally identifiable information.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the App, including saving your game progress.
To send you push notifications about new daily challenges (Team of the Day). You may opt out at any time.
To process in-app purchases (diamonds). Purchase receipts are verified server-side and not stored beyond what is required for accounting and fraud prevention.
To compile aggregated, anonymised statistics for leaderboards.
To diagnose and fix technical issues via crash reports.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policy:

Google Firebase (Authentication, Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging) - Firebase Privacy

Apple Sign-In - Apple Privacy Policy
Google Play Billing / Apple StoreKit - for in-app purchases.

4. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your account is deactivated immediately - your profile, scores, and personal identifiers are no longer visible inside the App or to other players. We may retain anonymised account records (with your email and Firebase identifier removed) for fraud prevention and legal compliance.

5. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

6. In-App Purchases

Diamonds are virtual currency used within the App. They have no monetary value outside the App and cannot be exchanged for real money. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account within the App. Once deleted, your account is deactivated and your profile is removed from the App. To request restoration within 30 days of deletion, contact us at the249apps@gmail.com.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at the249apps@gmail.com.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
