Open the app and go to Store → Restore Purchases at the bottom of the page. If the diamonds still don't appear within a few minutes, email us with your account email and the approximate purchase time and we'll credit them manually.
Tashkeela does not use auto-renewing subscriptions. All in-app purchases are one-time consumables (diamond packs). You only pay when you tap a purchase button - there is nothing to cancel.
Open the app and go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Your account is deactivated immediately - your profile, scores, and personal identifiers are removed from the App. To request restoration within 30 days of deletion, email us at support@249apps.com from the email associated with the account.
Tashkeela uses Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple - there is no separate password. Try each Google account on your device, and on iOS go to Settings → [Your Name] → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple to see whether Tashkeela is listed.
This is almost always an internet issue. Tashkeela is online-only and has no offline mode. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, then pull down on the screen to refresh.

Open the app and go to Profile → Edit Profile. You can change your display name and pick from your unlocked avatars. Premium avatars can be unlocked with diamonds.
Reopen the app and tap Store → Restore Purchases. If that doesn't work, email us with your purchase receipt (Apple/Google sends one to your email) and we'll credit the diamonds manually.
