Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Tashkeela Football IQ mobile application (the "App") operated by 249 Apps ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

2. Account

You sign in using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You may only have one account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses is prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Virtual Currency (Diamonds)

Diamonds are virtual in-game currency. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real money.
Diamonds can be earned through gameplay or purchased via in-app purchases.
All diamond purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law or store policies (Apple App Store / Google Play).
We reserve the right to modify, reduce, or remove diamonds from accounts in cases of abuse or technical errors.

4. In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are subject to their respective terms.
For refund requests, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.
We are not responsible for purchase failures due to payment provider issues.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Cheat, hack, or use unauthorized tools to manipulate game scores, diamonds, or XP.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the App.
Use the App for any illegal purpose.
Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks.
Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or exploit referral/bonus systems.
Impersonate other users or 249 Apps staff.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, logos, question content, and software, is owned by 249 Apps or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute any content from the App without our express written permission.

7. Leaderboards and User-Generated Content

Usernames displayed on leaderboards are visible to other users. By choosing a username, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the App. We reserve the right to remove or modify usernames that are offensive or violate these Terms.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently erased within 30 days.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. We are not liable for any loss of data, diamonds, or game progress due to technical issues.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 249 Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date accordingly.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sudan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sudan.
