How to delete your Tashkeela Football IQ account and what happens to your data.
How to delete your account
Option 1 - In the app (fastest)
- Open Tashkeela Football IQ on your device.
- Sign in with the Google or Apple account associated with the profile you want deleted.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account is deactivated immediately. You will be signed out and cannot sign back in.
Option 2 - By email
If you no longer have access to the app or your sign-in account, email support@249apps.com from the email address registered with your Tashkeela account. Use the subject line:
Tashkeela - Account deletion request
We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days.
What data is deleted
The following data is permanently removed 30 days after your deletion request:
- Your profile (username, country, date of birth, avatar selection)
- Your email address and authentication identifiers (Google / Apple / Firebase UID)
- Your gameplay records (scores, packs played, trivia results, streaks, XP, level, daily challenge completions)
- Your diamond balance and diamond transaction history
- Your push notification token
- Crash and diagnostic logs tied to your user ID
What data is kept
The following data is retained after deletion:
- In-app purchase records (receipts and transaction IDs) - kept for up to 7 years to comply with tax, accounting, and consumer-protection laws (Apple App Store and Google Play receipts only; we do not store credit card details).
- Aggregated, anonymised analytics - usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you.
- Audit log entries - required for fraud prevention and abuse investigations, retained for up to 12 months.
Retention period and recovery
- Days 0-30: Your account is soft-deleted. You can email support@249apps.com from the registered email to cancel the deletion and restore your account.
- Day 30: All data listed under "What data is deleted" is permanently and irreversibly removed from our database. After this point, recovery is not possible.
